10k/Day Challenge – January 1

Today marked the first day of the 10k/day challenge and it couldn’t have been a more perfect day for outdoor winter running – 2° and sunny in Port Credit. I listened to my audiobook, Triggers: Creating Behavior That Lasts – Becoming the Person You Want to Be which brought on some good ideas in setting behavioural change goals for the New Year. Feeling excited and a little nervous to complete this challenge and looking forward to documenting my experience along the way 🙂
