Day 22.pngI started my run a bit late again this morning (around 10:40am) and finished just before 1:00pm. Weather was perfect – sunny and hot at 18-20°, but had a nice cool wind which prevented me from overheating. The Lakeshore to Hurontario laps had an incline so my legs felt sore today and paced slower than usual at around 6’00-6’45.

My pre-workout meal was the same – Vega Chocolate smoothie with banana, blueberries, peanut butter, spinach, kale, and almond milk, which has been giving me consistent energy for the duration of my runs.

I started by fourth book of the challenge (now averaging about 1 book a week) called An Evil Mind by Chris Carter. So far, I’ve only been listening to fictional audiobooks, but may switch it up for the next book to non-fiction.

End pace at 6’29km/10’26mi after 2 hours 19 minutes and 4 seconds.
