Screen Shot 2017-07-08 at 7.57.04 AM.png  I finally got my new runners in (the third pair of this challenge)! My feet and legs were sore today from breaking them in – weather was hot and humid at 21°- 22°. I realized about 5k in that my shoes were too tight and causing some pain in the side of my foot. I ran the Waterfront trail in Port Credit again (love this route). My pre-workout meal was a Vanilla Whey protein smoothie with banana, peanut butter, spinach, almond milk, and mixed berries. It sustained me until about 16k the I started to get hungry again.

Happy with today’s pace at 5’52km/9’27mi after 2 hours 6 minutes and 19 seconds.
