The Perks of Being a Beginner
You’re not always going to feel like doing what you love to do.
Well, I’ve come to dread Wednesdays. “Why Wednesday?”, you may ask. Akin to the Sunday scaries where we may feel anxious + uneasy for an upcoming workweek, on Tuesday evenings, I’ve developed this sense of dread because Wed AM is when I do my one (and only) upper body push workout of the week (chest/triceps/shoulders). Rear delt flys hurt my weak little wrists; chest flys irritate this niggle in my left pec; tricep skull crushers are the bane of my existence.
