Today was another perfect running day in Toronto at 3°, it felt more like Spring. I ran down by Queens Quay, right by the water along the Waterfront trail. I had a bit of sore tailbone from yesterday’srun, but the pain wore off after the first few kms. I continued listening to my Triggers audiobook about using daily questioning to make behavioural change for the first 5km and on the way home had a great chat with my mom on the phone. Did a really good stretch afterwards and don’t feel sore yet. I’ve been lucky the first few days with the weather, but think it’s definitely going to get more challenging as the temperature drops in the next few weeks.
