Lovely day for a sister hike 🥰🌲🪵
Building and preserving muscle mass as a runner is a hotly debated topic. I decided to compile some of the most pressing themes into a single post where I’ll be elucidating the following questions (backed by science💡):

There’s just something so therapeutic about running in warm, light rain🌧. Add wind and cold air to the mix…well…that’s a different story.
