There’s now just one week and 70km left in the 10k/day challenge. My muscles are doing surprisingly good, but what I’ve found the most challenging so far is factoring in the time to do the 10k, resistance training, social post + blog post every day (which takes up a total 2 hours/day). I had to break up my run today into two 5ks because I couldn’t find that chunk of time to get everything done. I did half on the treadmill with high intensity interval training (was feeling very crampy though) and did the other 5k outdoors. Also did some running errands to the bank and to get groceries so snuck in a few extra kms. The week countdown is now on and I’m excited for it all to be over, but a little sad as well.
