“Meditation is a long game and more akin to an ultramarathon than a sprint. One of the first steps is to acknowledge that meditation isn’t a means to an end, but rather, an ongoing, lifelong journey deep within ourselves.” Last year, I wrote a post on how adopting a meditation practice can improve your running, but it didn’t feel complete to me. In this post, I recruited the help of Warrior Monk @shifuyuanjing (who also happens to be my meditation teacher). Yuan offers words of wisdom on how your practice can help you develop inner strength with practical applications to your running, training, and life. The post is now up on the blog (link in bio)🧘🏻‍♀️❤️🏃🏻‍♀️🙏🏼享受阅读
