Today was definitely the hardest run so far at -7°C (felt like -14°C degrees with the windchill). My thighs were numb most of the run, but I also wasn’t sore at all today. I started early this morning at around 7am because I was heading to Waterloo for meetings all day and needed to get in my 10k – my motivation dramatically declines as the day progresses. I started the The E-Myth Revisited: Why Most Small Businesses Don’t Work and What to Do About It, an audiobook that I’m reading for the second time, and in my opinion, one of the best and most practical business book I’ve ever read. Although it was freezing out this morning, I got to experience the beautiful sunrise running down the Waterfront trail and snapped a few gorgeous photos of the sun rising over the water.
