I’m excited to announce a new series coming soon to my blog titled, The Athletic Artist: Sparking Creativity Through Training! I’ll be exploring how creative professionals (ie. writers, YouTubers, entrepreneurs, etc.) use their training as an impetus to harness their creative juices.
A few weeks ago, I was walking up the stairs while foolishly carrying too many items at once, and dropped a book on my foot. Funny enough, the writer of the book that attacked one of my most precious limbs was Arnold Schwarzenegger — ‘Hasta la vista’ any feeling in my right foot.
Saturdays are for shoulders 🤙🏼

My Friday workouts are always the same; slow, sloth-like, and always accompanied by my dear friend, procrastination. Playing the game, “okay, just 10 more minutes then I’ll start” on repeat has become the norm + my Friday AM mantra.
