Day 17 of the 10k Challenge

I slept in a bit later than usual today – felt lethargic the past few days and was on the brinks of catching a cold. I was able to catch-up on sleep and had a very productive morning crossing a ton off my to-do list. The weather today is 2°C, grey, windy with heavy rain so it didn’t make for the best run. Within the first 2km, I stepped in a massive puddle and my feet got soaked. The rain came down steadily throughout the duration of the run and started pouring in the last km. I snapped a beautiful picture of the waves hitting the rocks at the waterfront in Port Credit. I’m grateful that it wasn’t freezing rain and above 0°C, otherwise, it would have been pretty painful.
